What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes, preferably somewhat form fitting. Clothes that are too baggy won't allow the instructor to see how your body moves. Dance fitness is about mobility and self expression, so your instructor will get to know your body by observing you throughout the class.

What shoes do I wear?

Barefoot is preferred. You will be working on foot fitness, so no shoes is best. If you must wear shoes, try jazz shoes. Please feel free to call to find out your options, if barefoot is not a good one for you.

Is there anything else I need for class?

Yes, please feel free to bring water. Hydration is an important part of wellness.

What will I learn in dance fitness class?

You will learn to move and express yourself through music. You will also learn about your body's abilities and challenges with movement. You will discover how to be in the present and experience mind-body connection.
